Book Your Stay

We are often booked out up to 12 months in advance and popular dates can be booked out up to 2 years in advance. If you intend to stay with us, please plan ahead and be sure to secure your dates well ahead of your intended visit. Cancellations are rare so we do not operate a waitlist system. We post any cancellations or new availability on our Instagram feed @creag.na.h_iolaire Please follow our Insta page and enable notifications for new posts if you wish to be kept up to date on availability.

Please note the following before you book:

  • Booking is for a maximum of 4 guests.

  • Bookings are normally for min 7 nights from Friday to Friday. Rates per week are from £2,100 in the low season (Oct - Mar, except Christmas & New Year) and from £2,650 in the high season (Apr - Sep) inclusive of VAT.

  • Short breaks are available in the months of November, December (except Christmas/New Year), January and February. 3 night weekends (Fri-Mon) are available from £1,000 and 4 night mid-week stays (Mon-Fri) are available from £1,300, inclusive of VAT.

  • Bookings over Christmas and New Year are available at high season rates.

  • Creag na h-Iolaire is strictly a no smoking property.

  • No pets are permitted at the property.

  • Below the house, areas of steep ground and unprotected cliff edges present a hazard to small children. Children under 10 years old are regretfully not permitted at the house.

  • A deposit of 40% of the fee for your stay is payable at the time of booking. Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer. For any queries related to payment, please get in touch via the contact form.

  • We collect a £350 good housekeeping deposit with final payment. The housekeeping deposit is refundable after your stay is complete.
